9kelap Terms and Conditions

By registering an account, accessing or using any services provided by 9kelap, you hereby agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and the 9kelap platform.

9kelap will not be responsible for any losses arising from your negligence in keeping your login details secure. Every transaction carried out using your account credentials is considered valid unless you have reported a compromise of that information to us.

9kelap accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the designated payment methods, namely Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

The terms relating to financial transactions are as follows:

• The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is RM10.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after the request is approved.
• All deposits and withdrawals must use the same payment method and be in the same name as the registered account holder.
• 9kelap reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal transaction.

• Example: a deposit of RM100 generates a bonus of RM200, account balance RM300, wagering requirement RM200 × 15 = RM3,000.
• Another example: a deposit of RM1,000 generates a bonus of RM888, account balance RM1,888, wagering requirement RM888 × 15 = RM13,320.

9kelap reserves the right to void any bonus or winnings obtained through means that violate the terms, including the use of multiple accounts, collusion between players, or exploitation of any bugs or errors in the system. All decisions relating to bonuses are final.

All games available on the 9kelap platform are run using software certified by licensed game providers. Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited and tested to ensure fairness.

Players agree to:
